1 CLOSING AND CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
By creating a user account and placing goods in the basket, the customer makes an offer to A Bunch of Nerds KG (hereinafter the "kaffemik"). This offer can be changed or withdrawn by the customer until the deadline (displayed in the basket). On the due date, the offer will be accepted by the kaffemik unchanged, if applicable, and the amount will be charged to the credit card. Therewith the purchase contract is concluded, the customer will be informed by email.
Coffee ordered in the online store will only be ordered from the roaster after the conclusion of the contract and ordered to the kaffemik (see 4.2), where the customer has to pick it up. Cancellations can be made up to the deadline.
2 TERMS OF PAYMENT
Payment is made by credit card, refunds are also processed by credit card. Invoices are usually issued at the time of pickup. An invoice can be requested by email at hi@kaffemik.at.
3 PRICES
All prices are subject to change and include sales tax.
4 SELF-COLLECTION
The ordered goods must be picked up at kaffemik within seven working days after arrival of the delivery. After that, the goods can be stored longer, but withdrawal from the contract according to the Distance Selling Act is no longer possible.
4.1 Notification upon arrival of the order
The expected delivery date will be announced when the order is placed. Any changes will be communicated by email and on the website, otherwise the announced date applies.
After the arrival of the goods, the customer will be informed about it, this is only for her information.
4.2 Place of collection
Place of collection is the kaffemik, Zollergasse 5/2, 1070 Vienna.
5 COMPLAINTS
In case of complaints, the customer is requested to contact us by email at office@kaffemik.at.
6 GENERAL PROVISIONS
6.1 data protection
The data required for the acceptance of the order will be processed and stored by computer. The customer expressly agrees to this, the data will be treated confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties.
6.2 Validity
The customer accepts these GTC by his order. The present version of the GTCs is valid from 19.5.2014 and is valid until revoked.
6.3 Choice of law, place of jurisdiction and place of performance
The contracting parties agree, insofar as there are no mandatory legal provisions to the contrary, that Austrian law shall apply, with the exception of conflict of laws provisions and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. Insofar as the Customer is not a consumer within the meaning of § 1 of the Austrian Consumer Protection Act (KSchG), the parties agree that the competent court for all disputes regarding the conclusion of or arising from the contract shall be Vienna.

6.4 Severability clause
The ineffectiveness, invalidity or cancellation of individual provisions of this contract shall not affect the existence of the contract. The provision of the contract that has been annulled as ineffective or void shall be replaced by a provision that comes as close as possible to the economic intentions.
