There is nothing quite so satisfying as a naturally processed Kenyan coffee that is delicate, contrary to what so many Kenyan coffees are known for. The combination of fertile soil, seasonal rainfall and high altitude provide the ideal climate for coffees like this which are characterised by high acidity, full body, and ripe fruit flavours. This particular coffee is from the Gura Factory Wet Mill, located in th eNyeri Country. It relies on the water from the Gura River (hence the name), and a sum of 500 producers come together to process a coffee that perfectly captures the beauty of summer's remaining warm, sunny days.
