But it all starts with the raw material itself. For us, it is the be-all and end-all. Producing quality coffee is not a coincidence, but requires hard work and professionalism. We source our coffee from all over the world, using the most direct route possible, from first-class coffee producers and wholesalers that we know and who do their work with the same passion as we do. This way we can guarantee a high quality of the raw material for roasting. When the raw material is right, our job is easier. That's why a large part of our work is finding quality producers and coffees that we can include in our range.
Every coffee is different. We want our roasts to reflect this diversity and the unique flavor profile of each coffee. You will find many different types of coffee in our range, and there is sure to be something to suit your taste. Coffee, like any other fruit/berry, is a seasonal product that is harvested once a year. Coffee comes from different parts of the world and at different times of the year. That is why our coffee range varies, because we always buy the coffee when it is in season.
