Marianella Aguilera and her family have been known in the coffee industry for several years and are considered leaders in the region in terms of quality. They grow numerous varieties, both exotic and traditional. 

One of the newer ones is the Villa Sarchi variety, an Arabica coffee discovered in Costa Rica in the 1950s. It is a natural cross of the Bourbon and Typica varieties. This cross results in a floral cup with a clear, intense and elegant acidity, high fruit tones and pleasant sweetness.
