About the coffee

This coffee surprises with aromas that you would not expect from Colombian coffees. Cranberry juice with wine gum and a dash of red wine. Something to try out

This natural from Colombia was roasted very light. This means it has a very lively acidity and is incredibly fruity. First and foremost there is a juicy cranberry, but the strawberries and stone fruits are also not neglected.
Light caramel and almond notes can be tasted in the finish. Super sweet and soft with a full body that doesn't seem heavy at all. The acidity can be attributed to a good red wine. The sweetness is comparable to panela sugar.

About the roastery

Since 2017 they have been roasting the finest specialty coffee in Stappenbach / Burgebrach (near Bamberg).
The heart of the roastery is a new Probat P05 III. With this great machine they roast batches of 3 to 6 kg. So you can definitely call them a small craft business or a family business.
Their goal is always to get the best out of every bean. Depending on the variety, region, cultivation altitude and preparation, every coffee contains a wide variety of aromas. Developing and emphasizing these flavors is part of their taste philosophy.
