About the coffee

The processing of coffee can vary greatly depending on the producer. On most farms, the coffee cherries are collected daily during the harvest and depulped on the same day. They are then fermented for 24 to 36 hours in tiled tanks or plastic bags. After that, the coffee is dried on raised beds for about 14 days and then stored until it is exported.
