Bamboo Stirrer

There are two kinds of coffees in this world: the ones that require stirring, and the ones that don't. Depending on your method of brewing, there might be a moment where the coffee grounds will need your attention. This will usually be during the bloom, when the water makes contact with the coffee grounds and releases CO2. In order to allow an even extraction, depending on the coffee and setup, it can often help to gently stir the wet grounds with a wooden spatula, aiming to coat all grounds evenly. The wood, as oppose to metal, does not add any unwanted flavors to the coffee, and does not interfere with the properties of the bean juice.
