This particular coffee comes from the region of Huehuetenango in Guatemala which is one of the countries most famous coffee growing regions. The location of this growing area is ideal for particularly high quality coffee due to its altitude (1500-1800m) and climatic conditions. This coffee sets itself apart from others by not only by its taste, but also its history. Selected coffee farmers harvested a select portion of their acreage (Harvest February-April 2019), washed and marketed as a special selection. The result is a very special flavor profile charecterized by intense sweetness and chocolaty tones with low acidity.
