About the coffee

About the roastery

BeBerry Coffee is a very young roastery from the Czech Republic. Young Thomas Laca founded it after already making a name for himself as a Q grader. Thomas became interested in specialty coffee while still a student. He gained most of his experience at a Polish roastery, where he worked under the guidance of international judges and Q graders, and after returning to Prague as a QC manager for green and roasted coffee. Now he has decided to use all his experience and knowledge to start his own roastery. Thomas and his team select only the best coffee beans, and their goal is to process the coffee in a way that brings out its true character - pleasantly fruity.
