V60 Paper Filter

These fine-pored and high-quality paper filters, specifically made for the Hario V60 02 filter, are bleached, and thus, give off much less of their own flavor to the coffee water than other common filters (we have tested it and can confirm this). This filter paper allows aromatic compounds to pass through with ease while binding fats and oils still present in the coffee. However, for genuine coffee flavor, we recommend rinsing the filter with hot water before making coffee.
