  • Shipping of the first box: immediately after ordering

  • Further debits: always on the 4th of the month

  • Shipping of the remaining boxes: on the 4th of each month.

  • You often get subscription-first access to new coffees.

  • Free shipping within Austria

  • EU shipping: €5.90 – €15.00 per delivery

  • Collection at the café: Pick up your subscription at our café and enjoy a free coffee drink of your choice "on the house".

Important before subscribing

Before you subscribe, please note: Your first payment will be processed immediately upon ordering, and all subsequent payments will be made on the 4th of each month. To avoid being charged twice in the first month, it's best to order after the 4th.

We do not issue VAT-free invoices for subscriptions.

Wann werde ich abgerechnet?

Die erste Abbuchung erfolgt direkt bei der Bestellung, die erste Box geht sofort raus. Alle weiteren Zahlungen und Lieferungen laufen jeweils am 4. des Monats. Tipp: Um eine Doppelabbuchung im ersten Monat zu vermeiden, am besten nach dem 4. bestellen.

Welche Kaffees bekomme ich?

Wir wählen jeden Monat selbst aus, was in die Box kommt – mit Fokus auf Herkunftstransparenz, klare Geschmacksprofile und verantwortungsvolle Partnerschaften. Du bekommst immer zwei verschiedene Kaffees aus unserer Rösterei, ganze Bohnen, medium to light roast.

Kann ich das Abo kündigen oder pausieren?

Das kommt auf die Abo-Art an. Beide Abos haben eine Mindestlaufzeit von 3 Monaten. Das monatliche Abo kann danach jederzeit gekündigt oder pausiert werden. Prepaid-Abos (3, 6 oder 12 Monate) werden im Voraus bezahlt und können nicht gekündigt werden – aber pausieren ist auch hier möglich.

Gibt es das Abo auch als Geschenk?

Ja – wir haben eine Geschenkgutscheine auch im Shop. Der/die Beschenkte kann dann selbst den Startmonat und die Lieferoption wählen.

Kann ich auch im Café abholen?

Ja! Wähl beim Bestellen die Option "Abholung im Shop" – dann holst du deine Box im Café in der Zollergasse 5 ab und bekommst ein Kaffeegetränk deiner Wahl gratis dazu.
